AI Engineer, Computer Vision
Ship computer vision that works in the field: models that detect, identify and track, delivered as apps people rely on.
What you will do
- Train, fine-tune and evaluate detection, segmentation and re-identification models on real-world images and video.
- Turn research prototypes into reliable services and apps that run in production.
- Build the data pipelines behind them: collection, labelling workflows, augmentation and evaluation sets.
- Work directly with research partners and the teams who use your work to scope problems and explain results.
What we look for
- Experience shipping computer vision models beyond the notebook.
- Strong Python and a modern deep learning framework, ideally PyTorch.
- Comfort reading papers and turning them into working code.
- Clear written communication and a habit of working well asynchronously.

- Video tracking or re-identification
- Edge or mobile deployment
- MLOps and model monitoring
- Scientific or conservation datasets
